ROLE DESCRIPTIONS

SECTION WAITERS

Taking orders, explaining the menu and making recommendations, running food and setting tables - these are a few of the key tasks you will be doing as a section waiter at Lazy Su. We are looking for people who ideally have had previous experience doing these tasks in a fast paced table service setting, are good at multi-tasking and working under pressure, have a charismatic personality and are keen to create a memorable experience for our guests.

BARTENDERS

Shaking cocktails, pouring beers, preparing ingredients and managing inventory - these are the few key things you will be doing as a bartender at Lazy Su. We are looking for people who have had previous bar experience specifically with making cocktails, have decent spirits knowledge and are able to work at a fast pace.

HOST/HOSTESS

Greeting and seating guests, organising daily reservations, managing waitlists, handling phone enquires and assisting the team during service - these are some of the key tasks involved in this senior position at Lazy Su. We are looking for people with a welcoming personality, are organised and have a strong attention to detail and are able to work under pressure. Previous restaurant hospitality experience is essential for this position.

PASS MANAGER

Organising dockets, performing quality assessment on food, ensuring completion of orders, coordinating section waiters/runners to deliver complete orders - these are the primary task which you will be doing as a pass manager. We are looking for people with strong time management and communication skills and are able to work under pressure. Previous restaurant hospitality experience is essential for this position.
